Persatuan Penjagaan Kanak-kanak Cacat Klang - Food Fair Charity Bazaar 2008

Time flies. It has been a year on since we last went to the Food Fair and Charity Bazaar 2007.

I enjoyed very much the "shopping frenzy" at the bazaar as things were really fresh and cheap. Come to think of it, I do felt a little bit guilty using the "donation" to buy up things from the bazaar. We should actually just donate the cash to the centre in true spirit of helping the children. But, who will end up buying their products if no shoppers like us?

If you have not experience participating in a Food Fair Charity Bazaar, let me share with you a little bit of my last year's experience. First and foremost, you have to be up early to catch the goodies which starts at 10am on 1st of May, 2008. As the crowd will come in drove to snap up whatever is available in the first three hours.
Then, you buy immediately the things that you wish to buy simply because they will be sold out in the next round you turn back.
Support those stalls operates by the handicapped.
Go home with your prize posessions with a contented heart as you are proud to be able to help.

Short story with a beautiful message

Little girl and her father were crossing a bridge। The father was kind of scared so he asked his little daughter, 'Sweetheart, please hold my hand so that you don't fall into the river।' The little girl said, 'No, Dad। You hold my hand।' 'What's the difference?' Asked the puzzled father। 'There's a big difference,' replied the little girl। 'If I hold your hand and something happens to me, chances are that I may let your hand go. But if you hold my hand, I know for sure that no matter what happens, you will never let my hand go.' In any relationship, the essence of trust is not in its bind, but in its bond. So hold the hand of the person who loves you rather than expecting them to hold yours... This message is too short......but carries a lot of Feelings.
