THE Penang Adventist Hospital (PAH) will hold a charity bazaar this Sunday to raise funds for victims of cyclone Nargis in Myanmar and the Sichuan earthquake in China.

PAH community relations officer Michelle Yeoh said the bazaar, to be held at the hospital foyer from 9am to 1pm, will have stalls which sell food, drinks and second-hand items.

Canned food donated by the hospital staff will also be sold for charity, she added.

“The money raised at the bazaar will be sent to the victims through the Buddhist Tzu Chi Merit Society,” she said during a press conference at the Penang Adventist Hospital yesterday.

Those who are interested in donating canned food or other stuff for the bazaar can contact the hospital development department at 04-2227603/4/5/6.
