About TZU CHI

I must admit that I am the kind of person that do not simply put trust on people. And each time before I do something, I must check the background to make sure that I don't fall prey to undue situation. Ended up, I always delay my plan in doing things that I have long wished to do.

Today, I have finally fulfilled my long time wish of joining a charitable group to help the needy. That is the Buddhist Tzu Chi Merits Society Malaysia, K.L. Branch.

I have long subscribed (and also "trying" to practice la) to Master Cheng Yen and her Still Thoughts, the Jing Si Yu Aphorisms
As you can pick up from my blog's header that I make it a point to change it daily because it serves as a reminder that tickle our minds when we went astray.

Back to Tzu Chi, an "organisation" with 5 million followers and volunteers worldwide who are spreading the message of "Love, Compasssion, Joy and Selfless Giving" through their work in missions of Charity, Medicine, Education and Culture with the spirit of sincerity, integrity, trust and honesty.

Tzu Chi's efforts in building a world of peace by purifying people's minds and activating the love and compassion within their hearts to end disaster and suffering, had included Bone Marrow Donations, International Relief, Environmental Protection and Community Volunteers.

It is impossible to sum up the amount of Tzu Chi's work in one blogpost. Please visit Tzu Chi to find out more for yourself and perhaps be one of them. I will continue posting more of Tzu Chi in the future.

There are so much to do and yet so little time I have, but nothing is ever too late.
